Free Request Queue and Sound Issues

Hi Everyone,
Just wanted to make a couple of quick announcements:
I am still taking free requests for characters in Koikatsu videos but I will be held up on any new free request video uploads for the next day or 2 because I am finishing a couple of commissions for new models. Don't worry though; unless I have specifically replied to your comment saying that I can't/won't do the video, you can assume that I have added your request to the queue. I will get to them all eventually. Additionally, I try to prioritize first time requests for people before doing multiple requests for people who have already had a chance to see their requested video posted. However, tipping ANY amount will bump a request of your choice up to the next set of uploads. :]
Regarding the sound issue, PH has let me know that there is a bug affecting the sound on some videos and that they are working on a fix. For now, I have started using a different encoding method to work around the problem.

Sound Issue with New Uploads

Hi everyone, I'm having an issue with my new uploads not having sound. I've confirmed that the original video files all have sound and I have not changed anything with my rendering or upload process so I don't know what's causing the issue. I have contacted PH support regarding the problem and am waiting for some kind of resolution. That being said, I will not be uploading any new videos until the problem is resolved. Sorry for the delay!

Just a quick note about character requests for videos. Please limit character requests to the comments section of videos; I typically read all the comments in the videos so unless I reply to your comment saying that the character model is not available, you can assume that your request has been added to my list. If at all possible, I would like to reserve my direct message inbox for commission requests. Again, please DO NOT message me character requests for Koikatsu videos. Leaving a comment on a video with your requested character will do. Please only message me if you have a commission request for a new character or for an MMD video. Thank you.
